The Institute runs Advanced HACCP Courses for REHIS approved trainers and for persons responsible for the implementation and maintenance of food safety management systems in food businesses.
The course has proved to be very popular and it has been agreed that the Institute should provide another course in 2012. Campden BRI has once again agreed to run a 3 day Advanced HACCP course in Scotland on the 13th to 15th March 2012. A course syllabus is attached.
