REHIS Advanced HACCP Course

The REHIS Advanced HACCP (Level 4) course which is run in conjunction with Campden BRI is designed to provide knowledge and skills to design and implement food safety management systems based upon the Codex HACCP principles.

  • Prerequisite programmes
  • Planning an effective HACCP system
  • Practical application of the Codex HACCP 7 principles
  • Effective implementation of HACCP

Following the three days of tuition, course participants undertake a HACCP assignment which forms part of the course assessment. Successful completion of the assignment allows course participants to sit the course examination which will be held in early June/July 2018. Those who pass the examination receive a nationally recognised REHIS/Campden BRI Advanced HACCP Certificate.
